Our holiday apartment is situated in a quiet area with a view to the mountains, only 3 minutes to the bus station. The bus takes you to every station in the ski region. The distance from the apartment to the center of Schladming and the Planai station is about 1 km or 15 minutes by foot.

The property is built at 800 metres above sea level.

While the legendary Night-Race takes place In the great vacation area Schladming-Dachstein, there are also still pristine and quiet places to discover.
